I tend to agree. Most of these decisions are made behind closed doors and then we, The Public, are presented with a farcical "democratic" process which purports to allow us to make a choice, when wheels are already in motion.And they're all the same, Labour, Conservative, Lib-Dem, Calathumpian..........................

The location of expansion is already decided,its just the bullingdon buddies have thrown their toys out of their prams.That's why there is a further delay on an official decision.
