Christmas tree

Has the Christmas tree outside the town hall been robbed of its baubles. It looks awful.I thought last years effort was sorry looking, but it was sold as being  for multi purpose use. So I expected to see it this year just lit in a different colour. Where is it? Has it made an appearance in another part of the borough?

Well Jean..thankfully there wasa bit of Christmas  spirit before Christmas. in Acton I had the privilege of singing carols with the Churches together on the steps of St Mary's Church by Morrisons and many people stopped a while to join in. Mind you there were about 50 of us belting out carols full throttle with organ and microphone to help . Probably heard us in Hanwell !!!

Beryl, the tree in Acton was actually lying on the floor outside Morrisons the other day. Sad really, no-one seems to care!At least the awful bottles have gone this year from outside Ealing Town Hall. Yhe Spirit of Christmas - don't make me laugh!
