Changing the NHS without anybody realising what is happening.  A consultation that is due to come to an end very shortly that people haven't noticed is happening.

Please highlight the web address then copy and paste into your web browser (Control C followed by Control V) to read the article.This is supposed to be a Government Consultation.  Since part of what is in it appears to be in place already it would be appear to be a sham consultation.  Do read it. I understand that although they think that US medical care is wonderful they intend cutting back even further than that.
