Humped Zebra Crossings
There seem to be a craze with the council for speed humps/tables at the moment.I dont mind at zebra crossings because motorists are particularly reluctant to slow or even stop(The ones at junctions seem a complete waste of money - cars are slowing to give way anyway )I would be greatly in favour for a humped zebra crossing at Cleveland Rd junction with Argyle Rd W13.Many a time cars belt around the roundabout with seemingly no intention of stopping & oblivious of the fact there is a crossing - despite the belisha beacons. In rush hours with a solid queue towards the A40, every weekday evening, cars coming up from Scotch Common again have little interest in stopping, as people are half acrossAn accident waiting to happenWhat about too the exits/entrance to Scotch Common & Cleveland Parks, frequently used, where a crossing would massively help. How would these matters get looked at or considered or do we need to wait for something awful to happen first?
