Contactless payment at car park

It looks as if you can now swipe your contactless card on entering the main car park at Ealing instead of taking a card, then swipe it again to get out. A great leap forward from the former cash only arrangements.Question is: has anyone tried it?

I love it and have been using it for ages with no problems.My concern about the car park is that I can envisage being stuck at the exit with a queue of cars behind me as it fails to let me out.

To be honest I do not like the idea of contactless. just feel it is unsafe.

I got the contactless chip taken off my card after I unknowingly paid for something ie without handing it over at the till.
