PAYG Scam
On my mobile phone I do not have a contract, it is only PAYG with Virgin Media which I is fine.Today I received a text saying 'Hello! Your mobile bill's now ready to view at and gave me an internet address. We'll collect your Direct Debit of £10.76 on or just after 10/11/2015.I thought this was very strange as I definitely do not have an account with them for my mobile phone. After ringing Virgin Media (twice) and calling into their shop in Ealing Broadway they have confirmed that this is a scam. They said do not click on the link, which of course I had no intention of doing.This is just to let you all know to beware that some people will try anything to part you from your money.
