Ealing Plumbers Dreadful

Dear All I booked an appointment with this company 2 days in advance last Saturday for my time slot 10-12pm.  10.30am someone called me to say the plumber was stuck on the last job!  They would update me throughout the day (which they did not) and this was going to be charged at £85!  Let alone them not bothering to ring or turn up.  Just wanted to warn others it's a dreadful company.  Here is there email link.  DO NOT USE THEM!http://www.ealingplumbers.com

I am sorry I had to smile at reading your time slot. Plumbers and other public services usully give a time slot of 8 a.m. -6 p.m. Usually phone half an hour before they can make it.If it is gone 6 p.m. they don't ring you. So a whole day wasted and the hassle of trying to get another appointment. I have insured all my appliances and get fast service that way. Also nothing to pay  except if a new part is needed.  I think you will find that the £85 is just the call out fee.All else is EXTRA. !!
