Incessant ice cream van noise

There’s a van that seems to spend all afternoon and early evening in the estate that lies behind Wickes in South Ealing.It plays ‘Oranges and Lemons’ at truly ear-splitting volume, not to mention double speed intermittently for literally hours almost every day.I like a 99 as much as the next man but this is WAY beyond reasonable – after a while I simply have to close all my windows or it’d drive me insane.
