Surely that's a criminal offence?  For a start the employer won't be making the NI contributions they should be. Any legal eagles out there?

There's a heck of a lot of it about Ed. I know of a local Thai restaurant which is liked by some on this forum that has been doing this for years, usually people on student visa who never see the inside of a college because they either have no intention or are working all the time to try to make ends meet.We have a system that is a joke and benefits no one.
