My Parent's had theirs mended at the shop on the  51 The Grove, behind the Ealing Broadway Centre. I know it was run by an elderly gentlemen, but Pianola enthusiast. Shop was a timewarp - no electric lighting! Sadly he died last year and shop ceased trading. Perhaps you can find links on the website though.http://www.playerpiano.co.uk/ReStore

How about trying any musical shops?  There is one in South Ealing Road that I know of - then the message may be passed between music loving people.

THX - unfortunately we've tried them and they're not interested.It will have to go to the tip if no-one would like it - which seems a shame.
