Vagrants camping in Dean Gardens Park

How do I go about reporting vagrants camping and sh*tting in the park behind the bushes ?My wife and daughter witnessed this morning on the way home.Surely this is not how normal people behave...I'm sure there are also toilet facilities in the park.

its like going back in time,drinking in town centres they always seem to have enough money for booze & fags, Look at the "travellers" at the 7/7 site, these people have no respect for this country, we are a mockery, the laughing stock of Europe

Are these vagrants gypsy traveller people?  Or are they unfortunate homeless types?

The so called vagrants like it there as they feel safe due to the council cctv keeping an eye on them.
