....where did John Soane go fishing?

...it is reported John Soane entertained his friends by going fishing when they visited his country home Pitzhanger Manor during his brief residence (1804-1810).Maybe as part of the £10m Manor demolition and rebuilding (sorry restoration) work, to that all important point in time, the project could find some money to restore local waterways or restock the fish ?;)

There used to be two fishponds in Lammas Park many years ago I believe.
