Words for wife?

The Duke of Cambridge referred recently to his wife the Duchess of Cambridge as "his Missus". Interesting plain talk from an HRH. Some people refer to their wives as Her Indoors or The Perfumed Ayattollah or The One Who Must be Obeyed and the rest. What other interesting ways are there to refer to one's wife?

I also recall that Terry Wogan calls his wife (to whom he has been married for time out of mind) 'the first Mrs Wogan'.
