EU referendum - in or out?

Should Britain leave the European Union or should we remain and try to get advantages as an "inside" member. I remember the good old days of the smaller EEC(European Economic Community). In those days, it seemed the right and best thing join.  The European Union seems now to be more 'political' than 'economic'.  I don't know what to think - I'm confused. What are the attractions of being a member now?

Mr Cameron needs to re-negotiate certain EU law, rules and conditions, before we vote for an in-or-out referendum. Apart from easy claiming of benefits by those who come to Britain, which laws are the ones that are most important he should re-negotiate?

Has to be IN !!Cost to Business, Jobs would be to much if we leave.By all means re-negotiate but we have to stay in

Out.  Times have changed.  Norway and Switzerland are two of a few countries not in the EU and I like the way they do things.  I think a country loses it's autonomy by joining and reasons for joining are based on fear.  I think if we stayed it would be a cultural decision, not an economic one.  Additionally, I always think that in a "team" you're only as good as your weakest member.  That's ok when you're the weakest member but when you aren't.....

We would return to being a self governing democracy within Europe.I think one of the failings of the EU is that it is hapless when dealing with geopolitical issues. Look at the ongoing farce of the handling of the refugee crisis in the med for example.

I just fear that the world is becoming a more dangerous place and it is important that Europe is, and displays a, united front.  So for me it is the geopolitical issues that outweigh any slight economic benefits of getting out.  Thus stay in is my vote.

Out if we cannot negotiate a revised deal.The bureaucracy has gone far beyond that of the trading bloc that we joined.
