Sitting in Pitshanger Pk the other week,1 saturday morning about 6.30an, watching the world go by & excercising my dog, a woman approached & asked if I was in need of a cup of tea?Not sure whether to be grateful or taken aback as the money proffered was I think 50p - definitely no note, Albeit dressed in dog walking attire, im not entirely down & out yet, now thats austerity for you.
