We're still mulling over options for our very tatty drive. Has anyone seen a drive with artificial grass? Was thinking it would be relatively cheap but would it look naff?

The good artificial turf (expensive) looks great. Although I have no idea about its durability under cars etc.As Jim says though I would be worried about it being stolen.

Check out the top of Webster Gardens or Grange Road (can't recall which) there's a place with fake grass as a drive for their sports carIt's relatively cheap now but as to driveway suitability I couldn't commentThere are some regs on what you can do now to do with hard standing, porosity and surface run off I believe

Before I moved to Ealing,my previous neighbour had astro turf laid in their front garden,looked very neat.until....It was all stolen,overnight.
