Careers counselling and guidance for a young person (20)

Hi,I'm looking for a good careers counselor for my 20 year old son. I could pick someone from the internet but would rather use someone who is recommended. He is not getting any support at all from the Job Centre and my husband and I aren't the right people to talk to him. He needs someone impartial and professional. Any ideas? Thanks
