I think they need a NEW legal advisor

The trail of things that the Assyrian Centre in South Ealing has done in breach of planning permission continues to grow.The latest addition is a couple of flagpoles with flags attached to the building.

You can have two without planning permission however they can not both be on the same side of the building. One can be on the side and the other one has to be on top of the building or on the ground. Likewise you cannot have two on top. Etc.

Three is daft as you can fly two with no planning permission.A third needs full consent.
