Garden Waste Disposal Fees Up By 50%

I never really understood why they charge in the first place as presumably they just compost it? I'd already voted with my wallet and picked up a garden incinerator from Wickes for under £20. One less bag in front of the house and a lot more fun to play with if you have pyromaniac tendencies.

They think people with gardens are well-to-do and middle class and shouldn't be subsidised.  That really is their mindset.

all the time they keep telling us the cut backs are the government fault for all the cut backs Etc. yet they found the money to give themselves a nice pay rise when everyone else takes a pay cut or no rise at all one rule for them and one for us about right
