Duke of Kent.

Anyone out there had to deal with the very rude manager at the Duke of Kent? Have made complaint to the brewery and waiting to hear back!

The Duke of Kent has lately gone downhill to such an extent that I had to send a dish back on a recent visit, and I had done that only a handful of times in my entire life. In fact, any Pitshanger culinary experience is best avoided. If you are looking for decent restaurant go to Chiswick or Harrow-on-the-Hill.

I for one am interested to see what the Fuller company comes up with as a response to this situation. I would not resort to publishing something on social media unless the situation had been pretty dire so I believe that something really rather unpleasant must have happened for Bridget to bring this to our attention.

The manager could have had an off day and not very helpful at the time.Hey we all have bad/off days,relax forget about it.There are recognised procedures to issue compliments and complaints.Sorry,but that's life.  vote with your feet not fingers.

Sounds about right for a Fullers pub sadly from previous reports here and on the Chiswick forum.
