Surely this is wrong.

Two female passengers bosrded a 207 bus with a pram and a buggy piled high with goods to sell at Southall Market. Neither of them had a child that accompanied them . The pram and the buggy were used exclusively as a trolley .The inconvenience they caused to other passengers had no effect on the women.What should someone have done?

Wheelchair passengers always have "right of way" over those with buggies according to the TfL website: "When travelling with a buggy, feel free to use the wheelchair space if it's available. If a wheelchair user wants to board the bus, the driver might ask you to share the space, move your buggy to another part of the bus, or, if necessary, fold it. Wheelchair users have priority over anyone else in this area as it is the only place they can travel safely."

Complaint directly to TfL.This will be on CCTV and drivers will be reminded of the terms of carriage of which this is a breach

To tell you the truth Keith,  I was too scared to open my mouth: after i heard a rude reply to a murmering protester."Mind your own Business".I was holding on tightly to a grab rail as I am not too steady on my feet.

Yes definitely wrong. I wonder what would have happened if a wheelchair passenger tried to get on board?

Very wrong. It's up to the bus driver to say something, or let it go as he thinks fit. Maybe he was all for a quiet life given how much(little)he gets paid and how much other hassle he has to put up with.
