Before everyone applauds remember they have to catch the fly tippers in action! Not aseasy as it sounds!A fly tipped sofa/bed base lay on the pavement in my road for a week even after I reported it to the council, then I actually tripped over it causing injuries, and months later my knee is still bad!Of course no-one takes any responsibility, not the council, or their contractors (who failed to remove it and finally only did this some 3 or 4 days AFTER I reported my accident! As for the anti-social idiot who dumped it there in the first place, well words fail me.
