Paying for the meal

A restaurant in Cardiff came under criticism a couple of days ago after it posted a CCTV photo on a social networking site of a family who appeared to leave without paying the bill.  Apparently the bill has now been settled and the photo has now been removed.Do you think they were they right to do this?

If the posting was withdrawn when the bill was finally paid, I think it's OK to publicize those accused.I once left a restaurant having inadvertently forgotten to pay my bill. They ran after me for payment - most embarrassing!
