How and where would you spend your perfect Christmas holiday, given no expense, no restrictions, anything goes?

Our only cruise so far was Cologne to Strasbourg and back on the Rhine. In April my wife and I are booked for the fjords and in 2016 on P&O we know not where as yet. An ideal family Christmas one would be the Carribean I think.
