Gunnersbury Park Museum
Following the news that it closes on Tuesday for a two-year refurb, I decided to wander down this afternoon. TBH, I've never been a big fan as it seemed to have been left behind at a time when many local museums had really started to up their game. Hope to see something a bit more special when it re-opens. I do like the old Rothschild carriages, though, especially the one they used for long-distance travel in Europe. Just imagine being shut up in one of those for days on end, rattling along.
