Well done M&S !

Last Friday we ordered a Marks & Spencer gift parcel of wine, chocolates and flowers(including a Christmas message), to be delivered to a friend in Norfolk.  It arrived on Monday! Clearly, M&S were working over the weekend - great service and worth every penny - well done Marks!

That's unusual Jim.  In about 50 years of dealing with JLP(and Peter Jones) they've never let us down on deliveries. You must be unfortunate. We use the local Waitrose to deliver heavy stuff every fortnight or three weeks - their 'two hour delivery slot' is always acheived on time.
