Hanwell: points of interest.

The three bridges monument is interesting and quite possibly unique. Nice walk along the canal too, pint in the Fox etc. You can also still see where there was a gate on the canal wall into the old asylum grounds.

They were scary waaay before then. My best friend used to live in a house in Deans Road overlooking the cemetery. Spooky!!!

I have read on W3,5,7 and 13. interesting but significant omissions are john Henry Newman and Richard Baxter.

The cemeteries on the Uxbridge Rd are great. All those stone angels are quite scary since Dr Who turned them into monsters.
