Community Gardening - volunteer day
If you can't bear to go into the shops (Christmas crowds are forming - Slade singing over the tannoy) you might enjoy spending a few hours with us in the Radbourne Walk, raking up leaves doing a bit of digging and eating chocolate cake. Yes, we're having our monthly gardening session. Anyone can come along - we're a friendly bunch and make all comers welcome. we have the tools, the gloves and the cake... lots of cake. We'll be meeting this Saturday 6th December at 10.00 - by the Model Cottages (ie where the Radbourne Walk meets Occupation Road). Round the back of the allotments. We usually finish around lunchtime. But, a few people usually stay on into the afternoon. We've always got jobs to do.If you'd like to know more about our work on the Radbourne Walk you can find out more at our website.http://ealingdean.co.uk/radbourne-walkIf you're too busy being dragged round the shops then you can also support us by visiting our space hive page and leaving a message of support. We're applying for a grant and the more messages we get the better our chances of getting the money.https://spacehive.com/radbournerobinhope to see some of you on Saturday.Christina FoxChair: Ealing Dean Allotment Societychair@ealingdean.co.uk
