Outside Sainsburys on Boston Manor Road this morningLooked like a cash in transit raidAnything confirming what it was?Judging by the number of police including ARV's it was pretty serious

This is alarming - a similar thing happened in Sth Ealing Road some time ago - some people must be desperate for cash! I am, but I don't think I'd be that desperate!

Funnily enough I have just had my washing machine repaired and Stefan the engineer was wondering why he had trouble getting to his first (07:00) call as Boston Road was closed.I told him about the cash machine and he said "probably bloody Romanians". He saw the look on my face and then said "I am Romanian I can say this, and there are some nasty ones who get us all a poor name".

Sainsbury's hit again on Boston Parade this morning when someone tried to blow the cash machine out of the wall.http://www.ealingtoday.co.uk/default.asp?section=info&page=eacashpoint001.htm
I see they completely ignored health and safety again. Makes one despair; only a matter of time before these scum accidentally kill themselves and won't that be a tragedy?'overtaking cars on the wrong side of Northfields Avenue'. That is how one overtakes, BTW.
