Viaduct Comedy Club

Great night at the Viaduct last night , six acts all good , three of them exceptional imho. my sides certainly ached . One proviso it is adult humour so the language might not be to every ones taste , but  I for one would definitely recommend it as a tonic.

I first drank in the Viaduct in the mid eighties and remember the flyers in the bar for Ha Bloody Ha , I didn`t go up myself , wasn`t that interested at that time but the name Hattie Hayridge rings a bell and I think it was £2.oo entrance.

"I`ve seen Al Murray and Omid Djalili there so he does get good acts."Al Murray did his first ever performance as 'The Pub Landlord' at the Viaduct back in the Ha Bloody Ha days.

Yes Gerry , the Viaduct pub in Hanwell , next to the river Brent also I should have mentioned that the Turks Head is in St. Margarets , Twickenham.

Keith, it is every Friday in the hall above the old stable block behind the Viaduct , doors open at 8.00pm cost £10.00.There is a bar in the hall so ample time to get drinks between acts . Although James who organises this lives locally , he has been running the Bearcat at the Turks Head for the last 25 years , I`ve seen Al Murray and Omid Djalili there so he does get good acts.james@bearcatcomedy.co.ltd
