Tell me Doctor, what would you advise.?
Following my Stroke I was glad to have the support of the NHS. Medicines ARE PRESCRIBED frequently and changed often when unsuitable in the strengths prescribed. Sometimes changed for another. The instructions often advise immediately to see the Doctor if one of the many listed symptoms appear ;but to see a doctor is almost impossible to get an immediate appointment. The enclosed directions also warns not to take the medicine if one is also taking with it, other named medicines. Medicines that are named differently by manufactures who are not the same. Unless one opens the Box and reads the warnings and instructions contained ,I would not know with accuracy the warnings referred to the medication I have been prescribed. Perhaps the most important ones should be put on the packaging outside. What would you do ? I would not guess at my age .82.
