Which establishment or club wil have the best organised and safest public bonfire display, preferably with food and drinks also available please? Thanks.

Thanks Neil - we'll probably go to the bonfire at Ealing CC - hope it doesn't rain.

A lot of people attend this event and it usually very busy, mostly it is "damp grass", however, there is the cricket pavilion with its bar and hard standing, however, I am not sure what the arrangements are to get into that area (perhaps a telephone enquiry?). The website has more information: http://www.ealingcc.co.uk/

Sounds good Neil - is it standing in damp grass while watching or is there dry footing? Is it very crowded?

Ealing Cricket Club on Saturday 8th November £6 entry (doors open 6pm, display 7.45) should be good. However, it is very well attended with all parking taken up quickly around it. Big, food, etc., however, a bit of a scrum.
