Weather sayings.

I'm collecting old weather, myths, legends and the like. Would appreciate any you have which do not feature on Google or other search engines. For example: "Ne'er cast a clout till May be out"  or  "When swallows fly high, there'll be sun in the sky, when they fly low then the wind it'll blow".  Any examples welcome please. Thanks.

I like a "Monkey's Wedding" which is a South African term for when it's sunny and raining at the same time.  It comes from a Zulu translation but no one seems to know why the Zulu's came up with the phrase.  Apparently other cultures, seemingly by coincidence, associate it with the nuptials of other animals like tigers and rats.
