whisl for your mail !

First what a daft name for a mail delivery service. I blame it on too many students doing degrees in marketing.However today TNT post,sorry Whistl, managed to deliver 3 letters to me. One was correctly delivered, one was for a totally different block of flats and the third for another flat in the same block.I caught up with the young man ( it seems to be a differed person every delivery) and pointed out his error. His reply "I don't like your attitude !"Recently my energy bill failed to arrived as did a copy of the same bill. A third copy was delivered OK but only after I "whistled" for it.Royal mail are not perfect but is this cut down mail delivery service really needed ? Worse is it a model for the privatised Roysl Mail

he real problem Keith is that you have no idea of the mail that you are missing. Too many hospitals and banks use this lacklustre service.Whistl or whatever stupid bloody moniker they have chosen do not give a damn about customer service as was well evidenced by their constant prevarication over getting their 'deliverers' to actually cycle on the road.
