Singing all together.

It was a pleasure to see the England football team all singing the National Anthem together at Tallinn Estonia yesterday and singing as if they meant it.  I've never seen them ALL singing at such occasions - only a few weakly and embarrassingly mouthing the words while their team mates remain with mouths motionless. Good to see.

We've scraped two of the three  wins against lacklustre opposition. Estonia ranked 81st and San Marino 208th in the world.Football in England needs root and branch reform before England will achieve anything.

After receiving a lot of stick for the Brasil World Cup performances, Mr. Roy Hodgson is due some pats-on-the-back for England's Euro Cup qualifier performances I think. England might do well in Europe next time(quarter finals I hope).

After years under the suppression of the Soviet Union, you can be sure that the Estonians would sing their anthem keenly.The England management would have been made aware and respondedaccordingly.Anyone been to Tallinn et ?

If you refuse to play for your country, then that should be it....your country should 'close the door' on you returning.

The poor little lamb has apparently played 3000 minutes of football (that's 50 hours) this YEAR. That's almost an hour and a half each week!!!Oh, how that must be eating away at his tens of thousands of pounds each week, poor little love!

Sorry, you lost me with the word 'football'. Was extremely amused to hear one of our 19 year old strikers couldn't start because he was 'tired'. I wonder if Jonny Wilkinson (debut for England @ 18) ever told the SCW he was too tired to play for his country?
