A simple, but nice venue for hire?

Hi neighbours,Does anyone have an idea of where I could find a venue to hire for a research session I am hosting? It needs to be relatively small, fitting 20 people (or ideally two rooms for 10 people)...and I'd rather not do it in a pub or a restaurant. Looking for something more like a community centre, library space... Thanks for any ideas!

The Grange or New Inn (W5) have excellent facilities for small/large groups.

West, South or Broadway areas are the most convenient, but I can move around!

I would suggest the William Hobbayne Centre , the old Salvation Army Building in Lower Boston Road Hanwell which I believe is hired out for community events by the Hobbayne trust,
