They told me that the fault was at the exchange - and the date given for dealing with it 30th. The last phone call I had was from BT regarding Infinity. They are changing servers but they didn't say that that would mean no landline.I think they should automatically put a message on the line to say that it is not working instead of hoping that you will not notice. People can still leave messages but don't realise that you can't pick them up because you don't know they are there. Last time the line was down an elderly relation phoned to say that the carer had not been that day... It just isn't a good enough service. They are too busying serving themselves and not the customer.

Yes here to on the 8840 exchange.It's been up and down all day.The 'support' line are worse than a chocolate fireguard as "nothing is showing here, but we can arrange a support engineer to visit for £117.00"!!!!!
