Perivale 1932

Ive just come  across some amazing aerial shots of Perivale in 1932 when the Hoover building was being constructed. Incredible as apart from one or two buildings there was nothing else around for miles.Search google : perivale 1932 Click images

Interesting example of Art Deco styling built in the year I was born - fine industrial arcitecture of the early '30s.

Very interesting.  Even more interesting to me that was the mode of search in Google.  Was aware you could select "images" rather than "web" but had not previously realised it recognosed 4 digit number as year.So, like I did, try "Ealing 1900s" (without quotation marks).  Then try others to your own taste.

Similar ones have been posted before but I am still looking for what Bilton built roads looked like when newly built.
