Not wishing to steal your thunder, Ben, but I popped into The Cathay Chef tonight - my first time there, too. Chinese has never been my favourite food, but I must say that tonight's take-away was the best Chinese that I've ever had. Duck with cashews, sweet and sour veggies, egg-fired rice, spring-veggie roll. All very distinct dishes/flavours (unlike many Chinese meals that I've had in the past). I will definitely be going again. I just hope they spruce up their shop frontage/sign a bit, it doesn't do justice to the food they sell.
