I witnessed you last week running around Blondin Park and was pretty impressed with what I saw, you made me feel tired. Good luck with it all.

There'll be no reluctant runners in the Ealing Half Marathon, which will be on Sunday 28th Sept, starting in Lammas Park at 9am and finishing there too. The runners whizz past our house just after the start. No reluctant runners again this year I expect.
