They arrived within 3 hours (they said up to 8 hours). The manhole was on my parents' property. They send engineers out to check if it is their problem or the householders' responsibility. No call out charge. They arrived, opened manhole, and they took responsibility and cleared it, free of charge, within about 20-30 mins. Number 0800 316 9800
