Finding a Freeholder

Hi people,I was wondering if anyone had experience of finding a Freeholders address/contacts?The situation is we are trying to find our freeholders address to contact them directly. We already have his mothers address and she is the one that is withholding any forwarding address.The lease states her address as the registered address of the Freeholder.Yet his mother is unwilling to give us any of his details, apparently he owed her money and he gave her the lease as part payment back. The lease DOES NOT state her name anywhere.Through some internet investigation I've found her Birth & Marriage Year, maiden name and her sons Birth Year, but I cannot find any information of him reference addresses other that his mothers.So apart from the usual 192.com/electoral roll searches and the like is there any other method of investigation you can think of to try and ascertain his address?

I think it's a solicitor job. Tell him/her what you hope to achieve and they should be able to inform you of your rights/options.Your landlord is in breach of his responsibilities by not keeping the Land Registry up to date.

Thank you Tony,I already hold the land registry title and plan, which states the address (in which I outlined above, it's his mothers address).She for whatever reason is unwilling to divulge his current contact details, I shall try to contact her again but I feel as though she will never tell me any information reference her son.
