Try eating 25 or 30% less at every meal and do not drink any drink, particularly cold drinks, with a meal.Eat more of the food you eat during the day and less at night. Have a couple of small cups of green tea after meals and do a little more exercise. I was 14st 12lb at Christmas and have lost 21lbs since. Try also half a squeezed lime or lemon topped up with hot water, half teaspoon honey, every morning and have at least 2 days a week off the grog.
