Help please-stocks

We are meant to be having s 'throw the wet sponge at someone in the stocks' stall at our school fair on Sunday and i've been let down with the stocks. Does anyone have any bright ideas to save the day. An easy to make alternative that doesn't require wood cutting or spending lots of money as we are fundraising. Its been a long week and my brain is fried, i'm sure there's a solution i just need some inspiration please!

Thanks all for your help and suggestions as it is an Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter's Tea Party theme i have decided to go with Off With Her Head! A pillow over the back of a chair with a red velvet queen dress over the top. The victim sits backwards on the chair, providing the head to the body and splash- off with her head!
