The Ealing branch of the NCT is a great way of finding out more about having babies and of meeting lots of people in the same boat once you've got one!

They say: "The National Childbirth Trust is the UK's largest childbirth and parenting charity, with 50,000 members across the UK. The Ealing branch has around 600 members across Ealing, Acton, Hanwell, North Brentford, Greenford, Perivale, Norwood Green, Heston, and Northolt.

Locally you can:

• book an Antenatal Class
• register for informal Postnatal Support
• explore the issues that surround modern motherhood on an Early Days Course
• hire a Valley Cushion so you can sit more comfortably following the birth of your baby
• be fitted for a support or feeding bra by a trained Mava Bra representative
• come along to SmallTalk, an informal drop-in for first time mothers with babies aged 0-6 months join us at our weekly Playsession, Wednesdays 2.30 to 4pm at St Paul's Hall, Ridley Avenue
• pick up a bargain at the next Nearly New Sale
• find out about childcare options at our Working Mothers' Group

You do not have to be a member to use any of these services. The NCT wants all parents to have an experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood that enriches their lives and gives them confidence in being a parent.
