Tweetyfest - Ealing's Summer Festival for Tweeters

Bands, free beer and pizza, free tickets

It's been an amazing Summer so far! We have been inspired by the festive fun at Glastonbury and Murray Mound at Wimbledon, so we have married the two and created our own chill corner for you to relax in this green and pleasant land.

Welcome to the Ealing Tweetyfest at The Rose and Crown.

FIVE of Ealing's finest live bands have been confirmed; we've stocked up on FREE beer & pizzas; plus the fresh air and sunshine has been booked. The Rose & Crown's garden is looking lush - Tom the landlord has pitched his festival tent and done a few laps on the gang mower - but not in that order I hasten to add.

Bands performing at Ealing's Tweetyfest:

House of Jack
The Cavemen
Jacob & Goliath
My Little Austrian Friend - http://www.mylittleaustrianfriend.com
Steve Corley and The Associates - http://www.stevecorley.co.uk ‎

The Ealing Tweetup and Tweetyfest (#ealingtu) is a very informal social media networking event in West London that brings together a diverse range of (mainly) local business people, politicians, bloggers & journos, digital industry types and other interesting folk from many walks of life.

With free pizza and drinks courtesy of our host - Tom at the @roseandcrownW5 - the events are proving a great success with thirty to 200+ attendees regularly getting together to meet fellow Twitter users, expand their networks and enjoy live music performed by some of West London's finest bands.

We don't mind if you are a Twitter beginner or a media expert. Everyone is welcome!
