There will be festivals non-stop in Ealing’s Walpole Park this weekend with two major events taking place.

This Saturday (20 July) there will be the country’s biggest date in the Latin diaspora music calendar with the LatinoLife In The Park Festival.

This year it falls on Colombian Independence Day this year and showcases live artists including an exclusive show from Colombia's Jimmy Saa who joins home-grown talents Desta French, who's already played the SXSW Festival in the States as well as the Jazz Cafe and had tracks on BBC 1 Xtra (Camden Town).

Desta curates and performs at the Latinas Of London pop up Live sessions as well as setting up La Chonga platform and its Tia Mia events to promote and enjoy Latin London creatives, entrepreneurs and supporters, and connect what they bring to the city. She is flanked by fellow London Colombian Dukus who's worked with Giggs and Knucks; Classico Latino, Jari Castillo, The Indios and Latyno Bbi.

Now in its eighth year, it describes itself as the Latin version of Notting Hill Carnival in a park and provides an opportunity to sampling latin culture. There will be five stages, live artists, parades, immersive areas dance, urban showcase and food & drinks stalls.

There's also a VIP Area and dedicated Dance Tent where couples, friends and dancers can dance all day to a changing soundtrack that includes salsa, bachata, reggaeton, hip hop, R n B and house - a huge diverse set of sounds and DJs.

Tickets cost £19.69 including booking fee if you enter before 3pm and £28.13 if you arrive afterwards. Book tickets here.
