All welcome (within reason) to a pet blessing in Hanwell

A church service with a difference will be taking place at St Mellitus Church, in Hanwell on Sunday September 20th.

Bring your pets for a special blessing and have them checked over by the animal welfare service.

Janet Hereward from St Mellitus says:

''This is the first time we have held such a service here, and while not necessarily wanting a result like the ‘Vicar of Dibley’ episode we are hoping for a good turnout! The emphasis of the service will be on animal welfare and there will be an opportunity for individual pets to be blessed.''
