Attacked and Robbed For Luxury Watch


Police urge businesses to contact them if offered this unique watch

A man's been followed home, attacked and robbed for his expensive swiss watch in Haven Lane, W5.

It happened on Thursday 22 March at around 8pm when the 48-year-old man arrived at his address he was grabbed around the throat from behind.

He was dragged to the floor and held by his head to the ground. One suspect then took victim's watch which was on his left wrist.

The watch taken is described as a Hublot Watch, model type Big Bang, with a black rubber strap, stainless steel with white and black and dial. Watches like this are currently selling for around £11,000.

The suspect, accompanied by another unknown male then made off towards Jubilee Road.

The first suspect is a black male, around 5ft 8ins tall of athletic build aged between 20-25. He had short curly black hair, clean shaven, navy blue plain hooded jumper, navy joggers, plain trousers, no gloves,

The second suspect is described as a black male, around 5ft 8ins tall of athletic build, also aged around 20 -25. He was possibly wearing a grey hoodie and grey joggers.

PC Victoria Thorne of Ealing Robbery Squad said 'This was an unprovoked attack on a man who was going about his day to day business. We are appealing not only to try and find these individuals but also to try and locate the stolen watch which is of great personal sentiment to its owner. It is a very unique watch so would be recognisable to a business who may intercept it.
