Man Seriously Injured in Attack in Southall

Police appeal for information about incident on Sunday

A 50-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries after being assaulted in Southall.

Officers were called by the London Ambulance Service at approximately 00:15hrs on Sunday, 10 April. The man was found unconscious at the junction of Portland Road and Osterley Park Road.

He was taken to a central London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

Detectives from Ealing CID are investigating the incident and are appealing to anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident and saw anything suspicious to contact them on 101, reference 2508523/16.
